Ordering: All orders and quotation requests are to be sent to orders@dbio.eu

Postage: Postage and handling (P&H) within the EU is €15. For international P&H please contact orders@dbio.eu for a quote.

Conditions of sale: All products sold by DBIO GmbH are to be used by qualified persons only. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the products are used safely and in a manner consistent with their intended purpose. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all DBIO products are stored and maintained appropriately. Surgical instruments are subject to wear and it is recommended that damaged or worn products are replaced regularly. All products sold by DBIO GmbH are not to be used on humans.

Guarantee: All DBIO products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

Prices: Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Damaged shipment: If the items are found to be damaged upon receipt please return in the original packaging so a claim can be made with the courier. All damaged items will be replaced.

Complaints: All complaints are to be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the items. All unused items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. A refund or replacment cannot be made for used items which are fit for purpose. Return postage and insurance is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Exemptions from liability: The customer assumes all risks and liabilities in the use of any product sold by DBIO GmbH. DBIO GmbH shall not be liable for any loss or damage, directly, incidentally, or consequentially arising out of the use, misuse, improper handling, poor care or incorrect application of our products. We disclaim liability for any printing or other errors in our catalogues, websites, pricelists etc. and any circumstances which may arise out of these errors.
